Crew coordinator

Somebody has to work out whether one truck can make four parties on a Saturday. On Professional and Business, Dispatch puts the day on a route and times the drive between every stop from the real addresses.

Booking agent

With auto-accept on, Rally accepts a clean firetruck party request as it comes in. One that overlaps another booking stays Requested, with a note saying why.

The balance used to mean a reminder text between parties. Now the client ticks a consent box, and Rally Pay charges their saved card on the due date.

Back-to-back parties, timed honestly

With one firetruck, the whole business is fitting three or four parties into a Saturday without running late. Rally reads the addresses and the travel time between each one, and shows you the gaps before you commit. You know whether the next party can start on time before you promise it.
