Pick the plan that matches your operation

Every plan runs the whole booking flow, from the form on your website to the final payment. The tiers add what a growing operation needs, when it needs it.

Starter$19/mobilled annually

You and a helper, one brand. Everything to lock in every booking.

Professional$59/mobilled annually

You're adding brands and crew. The plan most operators grow into.

Business$99/mobilled annually

Full operation. Multiple brands and a real roster.

Every trial is 45 days, no credit card, and starts with a setup call with Danny if you want one. The trial runs at whatever level your operation needs. One brand or several, crew or no crew, we set you up where your business actually is.

Plus Stripe's standard processing fee. The Rally fee drops as the plan grows, and on real volume the plan upgrade can pay for itself.

Three things worth knowing:

Rally Pay is optional. Connect your own Stripe account or record payments manually instead.
A setting lets you pass the Rally fee, the Stripe fee, or both through to your client.
Rally takes no fee on tips. Stripe's processing fee still applies there, and your client can choose to cover it.
04 · The fit

Which plan is yours

One brand, you run the admin.Starter covers the whole booking flow. When you hire crew or launch a second brand, upgrade in a click and nothing gets rebuilt.
Crew on the weekends, maybe a second brand.Professional adds staff scheduling, the dispatch board, and equipment tracking. This is where most running operations land.
Multiple brands, a real roster, real volume.Business gives you the lowest Rally Pay fee and the most room to grow. At volume, the fee difference alone can cover the plan.
05 · FAQ
What happens after the 45 days?

You pick a plan and keep going, or you walk away. Nothing is charged during the trial because we never took a card.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect right away and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data stays put either way.

Do you help with setup?

Danny gets on a call with you: packages, contract, payments, the form on your website, your client list brought over. It comes with every plan, trial included.

What's the Rally Pay fee?

It's Rally's fee on payments your clients make online, on top of Stripe's standard processing fee, and it gets smaller as your plan grows. You can pass either fee, or both, through to your client with a setting. Tips carry no Rally fee at all.

Do I have to use Rally Pay?

No. Connect your own Stripe account, or record cash and checks manually. Rally Pay is there when you want deposits, balances, and payment reminders handled in one place.

I have years of clients and bookings somewhere else. Can I bring them?

Yes. Bring the export, or bring the mess, and we'll get it in during setup.

Is there a contract?

Month to month, cancel anytime. Your account stays active through the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund unused time. Annual billing works the same way and trades the commitment for the lower price.
