Pay for the bookings you run.

Start at $10 a booking with no monthly fee. When you're busy, a subscription includes bookings every month, rolls over the ones you don't use, and makes every booking after that cheaper.

Your first 10 bookings are free, whenever they happen. No card to start.

02 · Where it earns it

Saturday, 2pm. You're mid-party.

A mom finds your site and wants the 14th. She gets your voicemail, and you call back at 7 after teardown. By then she's booked whoever answered first.

With Rally, she picks a package on your site, sees the full price, and sends the request. Between parties, you open it and press Approve and Send. Rally sends her the agreement and the deposit link, she signs and pays from her phone, and the 14th is yours.

And the rest of what Rally handles while you work

A deposit that holds the date.Once you approve, the agreement and the deposit link go out on their own. The date is paid for before it's promised.
The balance, charged on its due date. You stop chasing clients for the balance. With Rally Pay, the client agrees when they pay, and the balance charges their saved card on the day it's due. Rally emails them the day before.
Paperwork, ready when they ask.Your W-9 and certificate of insurance sit in every client's portal, and one click emails both to the school's or venue's office.
The gate code, asked for you.You stop emailing every client for the details. Send each client a questionnaire for the gate code, allergies, parking, and where to set up. They answer in their portal, and your crew sees the answers you choose to share.
Problems caught before you load.Rally flags overlapping bookings, and shows which of a package's requirements, like water or power, the client hasn't confirmed.
Saturday's crew, without calling around. On Professional and Business, send a shift offer to one person, or to several and the first to claim it gets it. If someone declines, it moves to the next person on your backup list. The evening before, Rally asks each one to confirm, and tells you if someone declines.
The call you took while driving.Connect Quo, and after each call Rally drafts the follow-up: the new inquiry, the email or text, the invoice. You approve it with one tap.
The review ask, the day after.A day after each party, Rally asks the client how it went and invites a review.
Next year's party, asked for.Nine months after each party, Rally emails the client to book again, straight from their portal.

On average, each booking that comes through a Rally booking form gets about six emails its operator never had to write.

Rally pays for itself three ways

Pick the year closest to yours.

Bookings a year

A year of Rally: $2,616 That's about 1.7% of what a business that size typically brings in.

In hours150 hoursof booking emails Rally writes and sends for you. At an admin assistant's $23 an hour, that's $3,450.More than Rally costs
In bookings6 partiesis all Rally has to win or save you in a year to cover itself. One caught request on a busy Saturday is a start.
In tools$744 a yearin a form builder, e-signatures, and email follow-ups you can cancel, because Rally does those jobs.

Hours count only the emails Rally sends for a typical booking, about six, at five minutes each to write by hand. The wage is the U.S. median for an admin assistant (Bureau of Labor Statistics, May 2025). Tool prices are typical entry plans. A year's cost assumes most bookings land in the summer.

05 · The fit

Which plan is yours

StarterOne brand, you run the admin.Starter covers the whole booking flow for $10 a booking, and a quiet month costs nothing. When you hire crew or launch a second brand, upgrade in a click and nothing gets rebuilt.
ProfessionalCrew on the weekends, maybe a second brand.Professional adds staff scheduling, the dispatch board, and equipment tracking. Pay per booking to start, and subscribe once your busy months fill the included bookings.
BusinessMultiple brands, a real roster, real volume.Business gives you the most room to grow, and the cheapest bookings of any subscription once you're busy.
06 · FAQ
Should I subscribe or pay per booking?

Pay per booking while you're getting going. On Professional, the $79 subscription costs less than $12 a booking once you run 7 or more bookings in a month. On Business, it's 9 or more at $15 a booking. You get every feature of your plan either way.

What if I have a slow month?

On pay per booking, a month with no bookings costs nothing. On a subscription, the bookings you don't use roll over to your busy months, up to 30 on Professional and 45 on Business.

How does the price drop as I get busier?

On a subscription, each booking past your included ones costs $10 on Professional and $9 on Business. After your 100th paid booking of the year, that drops to $7.50 and $6.50. After your 200th, it's $5 and $4.50. The count resets every January.

When does a booking count, and when am I billed?

A booking counts when the event happens, so a booking made in January for a March event is billed at March's rates. Your subscription is billed at the start of the month, and any bookings past your included ones at the end of the month.

Can I switch plans or modes?

Anytime. Changes start on the 1st of the next month. Switching from a subscription to pay per booking gives up your rolled-over bookings.

What if I book fast and my card isn't on file yet?

Your first 10 confirmed bookings don't need a card. After that, you'll need one on file to keep booking. Nothing is charged until a booking's event date actually happens.

Do you help with setup?

Danny gets on a call with you: packages, contract, payments, the form on your website, your client list brought over. It comes with every plan, from your first free booking.

Do I have to use Rally Pay?

For card payments, yes. Rally Pay is built in and takes no percentage of your payments. Standard card processing fees still apply, paid by you, and they're separate from Rally's booking fee. You can record cash and checks by hand, and every booking is billed the same way however the client pays.

I have years of clients and bookings somewhere else. Can I bring them?

Yes. Bring the export, or bring the mess, and we'll get it in during setup.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel anytime.
